Sweet tempered baby Giacomo was so much fun to photograph. He was a week away from his first birthday when we did the photo shoot, and at the stage that he wanted to move. Sitting for photographs, while interesting at first, didn’t hold his attention for very long. So, we did what we always do when photographing babies – we just let him go and captured him doing his thing – which for a long while was chewing on a cowhide chair. Yum. He was so cute and chubby, I had to hold back from eating him up. We ended the photo shoot in Giacomo’s favourite place – the bath tub. Had I known he would sit still for that long in the tub I would have started the shoot in there! What a muffin.
